Visiting Georgia need some help finding cheapest ride.

Is there a cheap way to get from Atlanta to Athen? I don't want to spend too much money on Taxi. I will be going with my cousin, and we will be visiting Emory, G Tech, and UGA. We will fly from PA to Atlanta, then we will begin our college tour, but this is going to be our first time in GA, so we need some help. Are there any buses or trains?

Thanks.

you can take the Marta from the airport to the GT area. You can walk from North Avenue Marta to Tech Square (just a couple of blocks) once you are in tech square walk down over the highway onto campus. This is the cheapest way to Tech from the airport.

From Georgia Tech you can take the GT/Emory shuttle (watch the times/dates carefully)

From Emory to Athens - I really don’t think there is a way unless you can find a college student from Tech or Emory that is heading to Athens and you could pay their gas money.

Hope that helps.
