Congratulations Mullet Head, what college/major did you apply to?

Congrats! did your agora portal change?

I applied to the college of arts and sciences (? pre-med) and, yes, my agora portal did reflect my new status.

so does that mean if my status hasn’t changed, I won’t be accepted from waitlist?

I got off the waitlist too. Got the letter in the mail six hours ago and I’m still in shock.

what is up with this Agora thing? My account doesn’t really say anything useful, not even that I am waitlisted. I just got a letter saying I was and I put my name on it.

well… my guess is that they change each student’s Agora application status as soon as they send out the acceptance letter to students accepted off the waitlist…

I have a question to those who got off of waitlist…

Where on Agora Portal do you see a sign saying that you got off of waitlist??

so the logic would follow that if you’re not accepted they’d update the portal as well? I’d hope so, I wouldn’t want to be led along until July 1. Unless of course they could really and honestly take more people up until then, but it didn’t sound like that when I talked to admissions

to everyone who got in- did you have any connections??

Please post stats anyone off wait list for Sch. of Man. Heard would be very few this year.

Just a quick update:

I found out today that 300 were put on the wait list and they are admitting a total of 30 from the list this year. They are sending letters out tomorrow, although I do not know how many of the 30 have already been notified and accepted. Good luck to all!

@lizziefoley: thanks for the update! how did you find this out? admissions person?

I have a relative who works close with BC and talked with admissions today

DENIED…that’s ok, the more I thought about it the less I was liking BC anyway. Good luck to everyone else, hopefully those who really want to go get in.

Got a letter in the mail today. The waitlist is officially closed.
They did accept a limited amount of students but did not reveal how many. :(
