<p>My daughter transferred from GW to Wake in thie middle of her freshman year. (This January) She had 3 A's and 2 B's on her transcript from GW and she was constantly calling the man in charge of transfer admissions. She had been waitlisted at Wake before Freshman year and GW was her second choice. It was a little bit of a hard adjustment for her going in after everyone had made their friends. She often wishes she was back in a more urban setting so make your choice carefully.</p>
