Walk from La Quinta?

<p>Taking my D for a campus visit next week. Have rooms booked at Towne Place Suites but looking on map, I'm wondering if we could just walk from LaQuinta? It's cheaper than Towne Place, too!</p>

<p>Is there a walking path along Alafaya Trail and Central Florida Blvd???</p>

<p>I've read that parking is a nightmare, so I thought maybe we should just walk from La Quinta...</p>

<p>Drive to the Visitors’ Center on campus-- just follow the signs as you come thru
the main entrance at University Blvd. They will issue you a temporary parking pass.
You should be able to park right around the center, then walk to wherever you
wish. Don’t park until you have a temporary parking pass.</p>
