WashU in St. Louis Class of 2025 — Regular Decision

Oh wait sorry. The financial aid portal button was usually all the way at the bottom, but they moved it to the top of the screen.

Mine too lolz and I would never have spotted it

so did everyone get a fafsa change from washu today/this week?

What does that mean?

a couple of people were saying they got emails from fafsa telling them that a school made a correction to their aid and then in their washu portal’s the fafsa date updated

That didn’t happen for me :grinning:

i don’t think it means anything!! i was just curious haha sorry if i worried anyone

mine didn’t change. my guess is if it did, you are prob accepted?

i think their financial aid and admissions offices don’t correlate though, are they need blind or need aware?

used to be need aware, now need blind I believe

I think they are need aware. I was just looking at this list: All 115 Need-Blind Colleges in the US: A Complete Guide, and they’re not on there. Nowhere on their website (from what I see) do they say that they’re need blind, and they’d probably advertise if they were. I could definitely be wrong though.

They do meet 100% of demonstrated financial need.

so if they made corrections on people’s fafsa’s, then do you think that is a good sign?

Probably, they wouldn’t be concerned with your FAFSA if you weren’t accepted…

To be completely honest, I wouldn’t view anything as a “good sign” or “bad sign” until you are looking right at your admissions decision letter.
