WashU Inter-college flexibility

For a freshman very undecided about major, is it feasible to take courses from several schools during freshman year?
e.g.; Physics in School of Engineering; Neuroscience/Psych class in College of Arts & Sciences; a business class at Olin Business School
Acceptance was to College of Arts & Sciences if that matters.
Thanks and good luck to all who are waiting for RD release.

Physics is in Arts & Sciences, isn’t it?

Physics is indeed artsci - it hasn’t been in engineering in over a decade.

OP - to answer your problem, I’m 99% certain the bschool will let you take nearly any class you want, provided you have the prereqs.

WashU really emphasized being able to take whatever you wanted at the info session: majoring in Dance and engineering, etc. So yes, I think in almost all cases you can take whatever class in whatever school!

My son is a freshman. He is in the arts & science school. He is currently taking a business school class. I think non-business school students are restricted to only taking this course in the spring. Also, I think business school students have first dibs.

Thanks all. My bad on the physics example -
