Wearing high school gear in college?

P.S. Another tacky thing is the overload of university attire. Ex. University hoodie + sweats + hat all in one outfit.

So the fact that I have like 40 SEMO items is a bad thing, huh? Darn, and I was planning to buy some more tomorrow ;)

I can't wait to bust out my hs mock trial gear. Lol. On campus, can you tell who the freshmen are by the kids with all the [insert college here] gear? I want to get a sweatshirt and such but I don't want to look like I'm obviously a freshman. Though, I skipped a grade *and *I look young, so I'll be in grad school and people will probably think I'm a senior in hs.

"If I see you wearing your letterman jacket in college I will laugh really hard, punch you in the throat, and then laugh even harder. Leave that in your past with your pokemon cards and power ranger whitey tighties."

we have an internet bad ass here.

I admit to doing this quite often, especially in the fall when my job requires me to be there every day. We have to wear "issued" school gear to work and going from class to there or there to class....it's easiest to just wear that stuff. Not to mention I have probably 60+ things that I've been given by my job that is 'school gear' including hats, visors, cold gear, rain jacket/pants, sweats, shirts, shorts, pants, t-shirts, polos, windbreakers, and school color sneakers.

I'm comfortable in it and it's convenient.

LOL. I take it you don't go to Duke.

i see people wearing other college stuff all the time, but not as often as BC stuff (which is about every 4th person you see). and no, not ONLY freshman wear their college gear. EVERYONE does

one time i accidentally wore a bc tshirt with bc sweatpants AND bc shorts underneath to go to the gym. i felt like a fool but i didnt look at what i was grabbing in the drawer.

Haha, this made me think of wearing my old Catholic high school skirt, polo, and knee highs combo at college even though I donated all my old clothes. I would certainly look like a fool, though I have to say that uniforms aren't bad.
