<p>What I suggest everyone do is click on the “Financial Aid Checklist” button on the My Wellesley home page. Once inside the financial aid page, scroll all the way up and all the way down clicking on absolutely anything and everything you can. </p>
<p>The two buttons that seem to yield the most leads are “Site Map” (top, right-hand corner of the page) and “Overall Financial Aid Status” (bottom center).</p>
<p>Here’s another question for everyone:</p>
<p>Do you have two headings highlighted in red on your home page: “Admission Notifications” and “Financial Aid Notifications?” (If you didn’t apply for financial aid, I wouldn’t expect there to be any reason to highlight the financial aid link; maybe that explains why some people don’t have anything on their financial aid pages.)</p>
<p>Wellesley gave you all the financial packages already? Doesn’t that mean that you are all accepted?

<p>I was reading some comments, and there was some talk about a list of travel expenses, overall financial aid status, etc. I checked my portal and I do not have that. All mine says is: “You have unsatisfied student requirements for this aid year.” I completed everything except FASA, so it might mean your financial aid has been accepted? Hopefully mine will be too soon… :(</p>

<p>Financial aid packages, no. It appears that some, or all, applicants have a breakdown of the average annual cost of attendance posted on their My Wellesley page. The precise C.O.A. will, I assume, be posted on Friday along with acceptances.</p>
<p>At first, I was a bit alarmed because I thought the amounts posted might have been customized to match each candidate’s particular circumstances, but now it doesn’t seem to be so.</p>
<p>bonni 1993: Regarding visiting my daughter at Wellesley, I don’t really have an easy way to do that, since my disabled father lives with me and I am responsible for his care. Also, I don’t know whether I could afford the extra travel costs. I’m a single mother.</p>

did you click the estimated cost of attendance button in the “overall FA status” page? the breakdown of the cost is in there~
the breakdown should include fees, personal expense, room and board, transportation expenses, and tuition.
im pretty sure no one has done the FAFSA yet since it’s not available until January.</p>
