Wharton Doesn't Want Additional Materials?

Hi,

In the FAQ for the students on the UPenn Waitlist, they say...
"Can I send in additional material?
In order to be considered for admission from the Wait List, you must reply to the University’s offer using the Online Reply link on the Decision site. In addition, students may submit a letter supporting their Yes reply to the Wait List with detailed information regarding their interest in attending Penn. This update should be limited to 2 pages. Historically, helpful information has been up-to-date grades and lists of awards. Please send this information electronically to one of these two options:

To your regional admissions professional
To eapps@admissions.upenn.edu."

However, I've been hearing how Wharton specifically doesn't want any more additional material; can anyone confirm whether this is true or not?

Remember that the Office of Undergraduate Admissions handles who gets in or not and that the Wharton representative just gives input in the decision process. I would follow these instructions to a T.
