What are my chances on getting accepted?

I'm a Vietnamese student. Class of 2015. Applying for autumn. I'm a current running start student here in state. My college GPA is 3.9,Overall it's a 3.86. My SAT is really bad (1340) I'm retaking it this Nov. for the 2nd time. I did take the ACT and got a 21. The community college hired me as a SI Leader (It's like a tutor for a specific class. I come to that class daily to help the professor and the students.) I'm in Phi Theta Kappa. I volunteer at GroupHealth. My only thing is I blow at these standardized testing. All and all what are my chances?

I looked up the most recent average (2011) and the average SAT score was around 1212 (math and reading). The average GPA was 3.75.

It’s only been climbing over the years and that sum of 1212 is excluding the writing portion. I’m not sure if this means that they will mainly look at math and reading, but my unofficial transcript only shows reading and writing as well.

So I think how you did in the verbal and math portion of your SAT would also matter. You would have a greater chance if your GPA was obtained from taking rigorous courses.

Low.
The reason I say low is because your test scores need drastic improvement.
UW puts the most emphasis on GPA, Essay, and Test scores.
Yes, your extracurriculars are helpful towards your acceptance, but it holds little weight when put up against the three things I listed above.
Like husky1212‌ states, UW’s standards have been climbing each year. It’s been nicknamed the public Ivy in some high schools around here (WA).
Shoot for AT LEAST an 1800 SAT or 28-30 ACT, make sure your essay is well written, and maintain your GPA.
Hopefully you have AP/IB classes, I heard (could be a rumor) that UW rarely accepts students that don’t take AP/IB, but like I said, it’s probably a rumor.
If you don’t get accepted, don’t be discouraged. You could always attend a CC, do well and then transfer. UW’s transfer rate is much higher than first year students and it isn’t as difficult (if you’re instate that is). Good luck

As a running start student, I attend a community college full time so ill get my AA this year. I take college courses not AP in high school. Yeah I know I need to improve. The first time I went in without studying or reviewing anything. This time I’m taking it seriously
