Im an upcoming senior in high school and I really want to get accepted at either SDSU, UCSB, and Cal Poly SLO as an environmental or chemical engineer. My eligibility index for the SAT was a 4400, and a 1090 for the ACT. I'm top 50 in my class with a 4.1 and will have taken 5 APs by the time i graduate. What are my chances?

You need to calculate your
CSU/UC GPA, see link:<a href=“Cal State Apply | CSU”>Cal State Apply | CSU;
You are match for SDSU.
Cal Poly SLO does not use the Eligibility index but a complex point system see link: http://digitalcommons.calpoly.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=1014&context=statsp&sei-redir=1&referer=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.bing.com%2Fsearch%3Fq%3Dcal%2Bpoly%2Bslo%2Bmca%26src%3DIE-SearchBox%26FORM%3DIE8SRC#search=“cal%20poly%20slo%20mca”
and they also will use Freshman grades for the GPA calculation
Cal Poly SLO is very competitive so I would say a High Match/Low Reach.
What are your EC’s, SAT/ACT scores for UCSB??
UCSB: High Match
If you post the additional information, I will rechance you.

What are EC’s? If you mean extracurriculars then there isn’t much. The only sport i play is soccer and i don’t do much community service. And what exactly do you mean by high match or low reach?
