actually I have two topics-
"Is creativity important in today's times"
"Is it absolutely necessary for the people to study the creative arts"?

I think both topics can be supported by similar examples.
also, is it possible to add an example from "The Invisible Man" as it is the only novel(novella actually) I have read well.

u can say that great companies such as Microsoft and IBM have complete teams whose rule is to “create” something new. and you can make up some details about the achievements of these teams and how they participated in the progress of these companies.

I think you should use examples that you’re really familiar with and/or love. Since I love physics and sci-fi, here’s the examples I would use for the first prompt:

Richard Feynman. He was a highly eccentric, creative individual. I would say that his creativity led to invention of the Feynman diagram and helped lead to a breakthrough in what we know about physics.

Fox Mulder. He was a maverick who thought outside of the box. His imagination and open-mindedness helped him solve many cases.
