<p>Don't drink coffee/tea, whatever you do cause it's a diuretic/make you have to go pee. </p>
<p>The room was really hot when I took the SAT the first time, so I kept drinking water, but that was a bad idea too. In the end I found out what worked best for me was to have a croissant before the test and half of a banana halfway through and sip water during all of the breaks. But I'm weird like that. :)</p>
<p>Snapple Peach Ice Tea - go for about 8 oz per 5 minute break and some before the test. 16 oz will not make you have to pee too much (the breaks should suffice) but it will keep you awake enough to concentrate.</p>
<p>I had some cereal in the morning before the test... brought a bottle of water with me but only had a few sips during the entire thing. So I guess it depends on whether drinking stuff helps you or not... in my case, didn't really matter.</p>
<p>Eat a full orange before the test. An orange will do the same job as a cup of coffee. </p>
<p>Halfway through the test when you start to drag a bit, chug a Rockstar/Redbull/FullThrottle/Monster/HyphyJuice/etc to give you a caffeine rush that should peak right before you finish.</p>
<p>After you finish take 3 or 4 jagerbombs followed with a little incredible hulk.</p>
