what is the suitable sat critical reading score for applying middlebury ED?

hi friends, i just want to ask that what is the suitable score for applying middlebury ED? my critical reading is always that one pulled my score down, but i can get 770 to 800 for my math.. i really want to get into middlebury..but nearly all the report said that middlebury's lowest critical reading score is abt 680,and the 50 persentile is 700 plus which is merely impossible for me. if i get 630 for my critical reading,is it still possible for me to get into middlebury?thx..

I got in Midd via ED2 with a CR600, yet a Math800 and a writing700…
So YES it is possible…

What can you get on the writing? Low 600s on reading and writing will cause concerns that you can’t do the work, without some other objective criteria like AP or IB scores.

Have you tried the ACT? My S did terrible on the SAT reading-can’t remember because it was so traumatic, but honestly I think it was 630. He got a 31 on the ACT with writing-and Midd does accept the ACT as equal.

They also accept 3 SAT2s-if you could score a 700 on a non-quant …

Midd gives much more leeway with standardized tests than its competition-except Bates , of course, which is SAT optional.
