What is unique about Boston U?

These questions are mainly directed towards those who have applied to, or have been accepted to, or are attending Boston U - I’d really like to get an insider perspective.

Here’s just some general questions I have…
What is campus life like/are people friendly?
Are they more focused on undergrads or grads?
What areas of study are strongest at Boston? (i.e., what are they best known for?)
How are the research facilities, and do undergrads get to participate often?
And finally, what really separates Boston from other universities?

Thanks!

I’m attending BU as a freshman right now. Most of these are questions you have to answer for yourself but, regarding campus life, people are extremely friendly and if you have plugs, you’ll have a lot of fun. We’re definitely more focused on undergrads. The strongest schools within BU are: Engineering, COM, Sargent, and Questrom.
