What's next for Scholars semifinalists?

Family Income 125K - 150K
FAFSA EFC was 34k +

So in my case the 10K LA + 5K grant was like meeting my full need. My only issue with Emory was the location on the edge of the city. No car I would need to rely on others for transport. Also, as a New Englander I'd only come home at the end of the semester.

I chose NYU's Stern School instead. Nobody has a car here. Although, I find I am staying at school all semester here too. I love it here, but I'm pretty sure I would have loved Emory too.

I really liked Carnegie-Mellon's Tepper School of Business. But CMU was my first college visit over a year away from when I made my decision. NYU and Emory were visits in April before making my decision. Just goes to show the latest visits have the greater impression.

i think it was a good choice to go stern over emory. I'm glad you're happy with it.

Does anyone know around how many of each tier of scholarships Emory awards in Emory scholars? (2/3, full tuition, full ride)?

I think it works to be 25 fullride, 50 full tuition, 75 (or maybe 100) John Emory Scholars (2/3tuition), and the remaining semifinalists get a LAS from $10-14k.

I don't know how much that fluctuates year to year though.
