<p>I just found a better housing deal and I'm thinking about canceling my housing contract.</p>

<p>Unless you can provide a really good reason (i.e. severe health issues) it is unlikely Cornell will let you out of the housing contract. I know of only one person who got out...and she had to jump through major hoops. I think she lost the money she paid for the 1st semester....and wasn't charged for the room 2nd semester.</p>
