<p>i have that english proficiency test too. i am gonna call them tmr and tell them that i am a permanent resident, hope they will waive it. i did the same thing to osu, and they waived it the next day.</p>

Or Purdue is too busy dealing with freshman applications?
I applied as transfer student and my application materials are sent in the October.
Till nw, my application materials status r still blank and my status is still Incomplete Items Outstanding.
