When to take the SAT...

So I'm an international senior (Canada), and basically just applying to the US to see if I can get into some of the ivies. I'm applying RD and I think I have a good shot. Also, I know I would still be happy at a uni here in Canada. The thing is, I haven't taken the SATs yet. I know I'm taking the SAT II's in November, because I want to take French w/ Listening (I've been in immersion classes for 13 years). I'm also taking Math IIc and Biology E, because I've already finished the senior level courses in those subjects at my school for IB (took the SL exams in May 05).

What I want to know is - would December be too late to take the SAT 1? I could take it in October, but that would mean missing my last summer camp reunion (b/c I'm a senior), and I love it so much there. Also, I know that I wouldn't have much chance to retake them, but at this point I'm not too worried about that because I'll be well-prepared and I actually think I'll do just fine. I know that on the admissions websites is says that the last time you should take the SAT is in January, but would they see it as unorganized if I don't take it asap?

I would take the sat in oct.....and i sincerely hope you will do the same...

it doesn't matter except that if u take it in december there is no time to retake it if you do badly

if i were you i would take it in October.
