<p>North Shore Musical Theatre is in Maryland is a regional Theatre that has an excellent reputation.</p>
<p>It has a Non-Dramatic Stock (COST) agreement (Tier 3) with equity which is basically a mix of Equity Leads and Non-Equity ensemble (there is a contractual formula in the contract.)</p>
<p>This is a good gig. It can go towards your Equity status and it pays.</p>
<p>For "Les Mis" I believe it is a 25-30 day contract.</p>
<p>My son had a summer stock gig this past summer (doing Les Mis) that was a mix of Equity and non-Equity actors in Indiana. I asked him what his #1 takeaway from the experience was after being with/watching/and talking to the lead Equity actor from NYC.</p>
<p>His response was, "Go where the work is...wherever that may be."</p>
