Where is the non-custodial waiver form?

Hi, I can’t seem to find the non-custodial parent waiver form on Harvard’s website. Is there any way somebody could point me in the right direction?

Thank You!

I believe Harvard is now calling it the PARENT INFORMATION SHEET: https://college.harvard.edu/financial-aid/forms-resources/forms

I called them about this, it us as gibbs says, can be printed out on their website. Apparently, it’s difficult to have this approved and you needs letters, fyi.

@gibby thank you so much! I looked for like ten minutes, lol. @cloudysmom my father isn’t on my birth certificate and I have two therapist letters, do you think I have a good shot at getting approved? (I have never met my father and his identity is unknown to my family.)

@ambereyes Yes in your case, my ex husband and I divorced when she was 4, he hasn’t seen her in over 4 yrs and doesn’t pay support but that is not enough for a waiver as he still works, has $, etc so we were outta luck but your situation should be accepted. Get it in soon, the school meets on it every 2 wks but not all of them let you know if it was waived until they tell you if you were accepted so not a great system. Call each school separately to see how they handle letting you know! Good luck!!
