i applied RD too. since the application, they sent me letters asking for 2 missing essays and some missing documents (lol, i guess i didn't see them) =)

All I got from Middlebury is a letter with my PIN and password...Man, I'm so nervous for April 1st to come. Online results and everything. shivers

i don't think i can check online. i already did that for one college and it was a disaster. never again... haha. though i'm not sure i could just sit there waiting either... oh well.

what could go wrong with checking it online?
i'd rather know the decision earlier than being stressed as hell.

I guess I'd prefer knowing online, especially since mail here is SLOW. It takes two weeks or more for mail to reach here from the US, barring DHL and UPS and stuff. :(

this is probably a really stupid question, but did everyone get that financial aid letter? I'm so anxious about this waiting game, that I'm trying to read into EVERYTHING.

Anyway, just two more months!

No I didn't get a fin aid letter---when did you get your's??
I live in Seattle though, I might get it 2 days after you or something like that since it's a ways away.

not even two months.

What finaid paper? Do you mean the one telling you to submit your FAFSA/PROFILE/whatever by the whatever deadline (I think already passed?) or something entirely new?

I live in austin and we got the letter yesterday. I've already submitted the FAFSA, but this one was asking for more information. I think it wanted 2004 numbers.

i did not get the letter... probably cuz my dad doesn't read directions properly and he has only sent the fafsa... i am quite worried. haha. i keep telling him to send the profile but it has yet to happen.

did anyone get a letter with how many people applied, who they look for, etc? it was long 2-page letter..

i just got that today. it was... interesting. sort of makes me more stressed out but whatever.

yea i think everyone got that...

damn i was hoping for like "youre so amazing that we decided to tell you that youre accepted." letter, but alas.

haha. well, my mom was like "julie, there is a tiny envelope here from middlebury" with this tragic look on her face... but i told her it's basically impossible that they would be notifying me this early. it was still a little bit scary to open though...

I haven't received that letter, but I don't usually receive anything until two weeks or so after you guys. (Meh, makes me wonder about April 1st.) I can't believe they'd send such a letter. Is this to make us feel good about an acceptance and feel okay with a rejection cause we don't fit the "profile"? :(

hi izzyj i just have one question? did you also submit the example of a graded essay and the pre-application essay? I thought internationals didn't have to....now they want them from me!

Uh oh. Honzan, they do want the graded example and Supplement essay (the values one, right?) from *every*body. Hurry and rush to find a graded paper and fax it, and about the essay, I hope you can write well under pressure!

i just got the letter yesterday, too. Is it maybe a "likely u're accepted" letter?

and honzan. I thought internationals didn't have to give those essays too. But then when the deadline had passed, they asked me for it.

I'm about 100% confident that that's a mere form letter that is sent to all applicants....just a hunch though...don't get your hopes up just yet....

but ugh...time is slowly passing....when will this insanity stop?!
