If I send my application to Georgetown by regular mail on Tuesday, will it make it there by November 1? Should I pay extra and overnight it? All my recs and school forms were sent last week. Nothing except their supplement can be sent in online so it all has to be by snail mail...

Omg I reread all the stuff on the application and I just realized you can send the main part in online! Oh that is a huge relief because I am like scrambling right now to finish my last essay and I have another big project due tomorrow for school! Okay well thanks for replying because now I wont bother sending it in through snail mail.

The teacher's recs and secondary school report do have to be sent by mail though so you'd better hurry up!

Keep in mind that everything being sent through snail mail has to be POSTMARKED by November 1, not necessarily arrived at Georgetown. That means you can drop it at the post office on Saturday the first and it will be fine. It's not like they review all of the applications right away anyway. I am 90% sure that this is the case - PLEASE correct me if I'm wrong.

Hmm...I'm pretty sure bigglesworth is right. Maybe someone call the Gtown admissions office tomorrow and double check.

Here's a question--can I send my SAT report now (without rushing) and still make it on time as long as I SUBMIT by November 1st even though it won't have necessarily processed by then?
