So I'm applying to the University of Michigan and Ohio State University early action because they're the only colleges that I'm applying to that offer that option. The deadline is November 1st and I've taken the act once WITHOUT writing, so I'm taking it again October 26 with writing, will my act scores be too late? I really need to apply early to OSU for scholarship consideration because I'm an out of state student....

The Oct 26 score would be too late for UMich EA deadline as they need to receive it by 11/1. However, you should still give it a try and submit with your current score. If it is too late, you are likely enter the rolling admission with the new score if not accepted in EA.
