Will the majority of acceptances and rejections come at the same time?

will most of them all just be released on one day and the ones that are slowly trickling in this week are just lucky?

i guess what im really saying is, should i be extra worried that even in the last week i haven't recieved any good news?

im wondering the same thing but i think all acceptances should probably be out by next friday, but hopefully u have some back up schools

Here is the e-mail I got when I asked admissions the question:

How long it takes to receive a decision can vary a great deal from student to student. We’re aiming to have all decisions out by early March. A few highly qualified applicants may receive an early decision.

Decisions are made at different times, and a variety of things can impact when an individual decision is made. So, if you hear that someone you know has received his or her decision, you should not automatically assume that the fact that your son hasn’t heard is a bad thing. Some students who are admitted to the fall semester do not learn of their decision until near the end of the decision process.

MaineLonghorn, when did you ask this question? Because the Bealonghorn website says their target date is currently late february, Thanks!

mst129 - ack, I looked on the website and saw the same thing. It was back in January when I asked. Shoot, now I’ll be even more nervous for DS!

when i asked back in december he said late February to early march
