I recently found out that I was admitted to UCSB as a transfer student for Fall 2013. I have completed my two transferable English composition courses, social sciences, and biological/physical science courses. My transferable math course was planned for Spring 2013 but due to a complication, I cannot take that course anymore. So I signed up for a statistics math course (not transferable) for the spring.

Will UCSB rescind their admission decision once they are notified by this through my college transcript? Please help :(

I would think you should definitely contact them and ask about it. Also, I would check around for other CCs that might have the course you need offered online. Might be tough to get registered so quickly, but you never know.

Statistics is transferable.

without that math course, is your ge requirement completed or not? if yes then you should be fine, if no…I’d say good luck but you still have a chance, either way you HAVE TO notify the admission office!

Yea pretty sure Stats was transferable with all the CCC’s I attended as well.

I’m currently taking Statistics at Santa Monica College and it is transferable. what’s your major? because for my major statistics is enough.

Check assist.org to see if its transferable, just in case
