"You look like an east coast kid"

^^^ lol ^^ LOL!! ^ LOLLL!!!!!

I hate California. I hate New York.

It's not about forcing people to take it; it's all about choice. And how about those people who can't afford to drive, but are "forced" to because the government that supports them gives mass transit the **** end of the stick? How is that fair to them? Buses aren't the answer either; they are temporary. Trains, subways, monorail, etc are.

I have to bolster Chicago's position in this thread. God, it's great.

Chicago ftw go cubbies go bears go chitownnnnnn we the windy city chyeaa boi

^^ lovelovelove Chicago.

In my opinion, Chicago >>>> New York.

What about the mid-west?

Well I would just assume a thing about East Coast kids and West Coast kids are preference of schools. Maybe those in the East Coast prefer/ more likely to attend a medium or smaller size university. While West Coast prefer/ more likely to attend a medium or large university. I myself live in the Mid-West and prefer a large school, like those in Big 10 conference.

I live in the West Coast, and prefer a smaller to medium university. I think the largest non-safety I have is 8,200 undergraduates.

No disagreements, but you shouldn't completely eschew cars in favor of mass transit. Both are necessary, and thus resources should be devoted to both. It sounded to me as if you were advocating completely ignoring the roads, and that is what I was responding to.

Alaska ftw
