You think it'd be possible? Please help me!

If anyone could help me, It would be GREATLY appreciated. I'm in a rough situation, and need some help if anyone could help me.

I got into Penn State - University Park early January for the Summer 2005 session. From what I know, that the acceptance to Fall 2005 is contingent of completing the summer session.

Although I put down on my application that I can attend the summer session, I am not able to anymore because of other commitments. My question is, do you think they would reevaluate my application to accept me for the Fall 2005 session? Since my acceptance,

-I got 6 A's and 1 B+ for the first quarter, which is a 4.03 GPA - Our school gives basically no waiting for AP's (Raising my Cumulative GPA from a 3.54 that Penn state saw to about a 3.63)
-Scored fairly high on the SAT's II (690 writing, 630 math)
-Competing in DECA international career devlopment conference for Food Marketing Management in April (won at the district and state level already)
-Got into JMU, University of Maryland - College Park, University of Pittsburgh

I applied to the Business school, so I know that is a little more competitive. Do you think if I tell them I will go into the school undecided for Fall 2005 they will accept me instead of making me do the summer session for business?

I think I would be ready to committ to Penn State fully if they let me in for Fall 2005. This might be another factor that could help, too.

Please respond with any comments or suggestions you might have. Thanks alot guys.

You really need to call and talk to an admission counselor. I've never known anyone in your exact situation, but you probably aren't the first! It might matter what your obligation was (family needs you to care for siblings vs. you want to go on a vacation). I do know someone who was initially rejected from UP campus and later accepted to the summer session after a request to reevaluate the application.
