<p>I just checked again and the finalists have been taken down. However, the Honorable Mention and Merit Award links have been activated (though there’s nothing under them). My best guess is that the tech people are editing the winners page right now.</p>

<p>I saw someone on facebook say that they were a 2012 Merit award winner. Have the merit award winners been notified?</p>

<p>I actually facebook messaged that person a few hours ago. I also looked at the comment stream from that status on his page, and it looks as if he’s a Merit Winner for Cinematic Arts, so it would make sense that he knows. My guess is that he checked the webpage before it was taken down. Or, since on the website, the order starts with Cinematic Arts, maybe he was just notified first or something.</p>

<p>Well, based on last year’s huge YoungArts thread, I think HM and M award winners get noticed sometime around December 13-14. So maybe then.</p>

<p>They keep doing this really odd thing on the YoungArts website where they’ll post it and then take it down again. They had the merit for voice and writing up for like five seconds today, and then the other day, there was cinematic arts for honorable mention, but they keep taking it back down.</p>
<p>mgjg218- you’re right, that is strange. I remember seeing the Cinematic Arts Honorable Mentions go up on Tuesday with all the other finalists. I wish I had seen the Merits for Voice and Writing (since most of my friends applied for those two areas).</p>

<p>According to the website, D received Honorable Mention in Popular Voice!! But she received no prior notice either via email or snail mail.</p>
