DS is slated to graduate with highest honors and two degrees in May. He has been accepted to several medical schools (some with scholarship money!) It is an exciting time for our family!

Sharing another parent’s brag…her son will be attending UMich’s dental school
And another mom’s son will be attending UAB dental school…as well as another child that we helped here on CC 4 years ago!
And another mom who used to post here…her DD has multiple med school acceptances (In AL, TX, and Wisc) and will be making her decision shortly.

I love reading about all of the kids and families mom2ck has helped. These kids’ achievements must be incredibly gratifying for her and for the parents…and I, too, am a vicarious voyeur into everyone’s successes. 75+k posts IS truly worth it!!!

Many Bama parents already know this, but I’ll put it here. My son was just elected the Student Bar Association President at UVA Law. Quite an honor. He is the first Virginia resident to win that office since 2011.

Just got a 32 thousand dollar private scholarship! Brings my total to roughly 72k!
I want to share that my Daughter has made her choice…she will attend Vanderbilt University School of Law in the Fall. She has worked very hard during her time at Alabama and had many choices to chose from along with very generous scholarships from every school. We will always be grateful for her time at Bama.

My DS will have an internship this summer in Houston & they raised his initial salary offer because they saw he was in University Scholars pursuing his MS. He also received an invite to Phi Beta Kappa this week We’re very proud of him!
