<p>Weekdays: Sleep between 12 and 1:30 (depending on HW and whether I feel like going to bed or not) and up at 6:30.
Friday night: Sleep between 1:30 and 3:00, depending on when I feel like going to bed and up at 10-11.
Saturday night: Sleep between 12:30 and 1:30 and up between 9 and 10.
Sunday night: Weekday schedule if I kept to the Saturday night schedule, if I slept later than 10 on Sunday, sleep sometime later than 1:30 and up at 6:30.
Breaks: Friday night schedule
When I have an event in the morning on Saturday or Sunday, I compensate for that by going to bed earlier the night before.</p>

There was one study I read (and it was a while ago, so I don’t have a source, so use common sense before telling someone else.) that said that there is something genetic that allows some people to get less than 8 hours of sleep. I don’t remember if it said that they feel worse if they sleep more or not, but it seems like you are one of those people. I can do fine on 6 hours of sleep, but less than about 5.5 hours and I’m dead the next day.</p>
