@binderboy
On the question asking what would happen to something in 1 million years, I put 0.7 because the graph was in billions and 1 million would be insignificant.

It was just a number of kinds of sandwiches to make right?

5 sandwiches X 3 meats = 15 kinds

I think it’s 10 [Combinations and Permutations Calculator](<a href=“Combinations and Permutations Calculator”>Combinations and Permutations Calculator)

but I got it wrong

no it was combinations so 5 c 3= 10. i also got pessimistic for the reading. does anyone remember what they put for the weird circle problem? where it gave you the diameter and wanted you to find that other chord?

also, i got slope of 1 for the one that flips over. The original slope was -1, so this one will be 1

I think I said root 15 or something??? or root 17?? Now I realize how many I got wrong!! No way I’m getting into Yale

jman, same here

but the question was:

a person has 5 kinds of sanwiches and 3 meats to choose from… right? if this is the question, I am 100% it is 15 types of sandwiches.

I thought it was that there were 5 meats and you could put 3 on your sandwich…

no it was how many combinations can he make with 5 meats to choose from and 3 he can select. 5 c 3 = 10

the chord problem is just the pythogorean theorm… the answer for sqrt(15). 100% sure.

I really hope I put root 15, instead of adding by accident and saying root 17, that would’ve been so stupid.

i said root 15 as well!!

on the english what was the answer to the question that asked to fix: ink jet back and made our of pine wood or something…

@jman5888 I think it was 15 though. I’m pretty sure the question said that there was 5 different kinds of meat, 3 different kinds of sandwich and asked how many total combinations you could make from the sandwiches and meat

what did you guys say for making it a square?? r had to be…

that is exactly what I thought… I put 15 as well.

I can’t remember which form I had… The only reading passage I remember was the one about charcoal vs chemical/greenhouse gases? Does anybody know which form that was from? I’m in OH btw!

r had to be 1. 100% sure.

oh i’m hype i think i said 1 as well. and about the meat, I am so sure… we just did a unit on this in pre-calc and the question was asking for 5 c 3

but if it is 5 sandwiches and 3 meats… the answer is 15. Otherwise, you are right.
