Any Acceptees yet?

sorry if I sounded arrogant. I was just pointing out to zuma that there are public schools in LA that also graduate high caliber students. I never said that Foley isn't a good school. if you think that you can get in HYP and top 25's go for it- I'm behind you 100%

Say that to my face! I am not arrogant. I am just taking up for the public kids.

I was calling SA arrogant.

And maybe I will, synthetic angel, maybe I will.

isn't ASMS public SA?

I know where you live. I am in your house right now.

He wasn't talking to you ecner, don't worry. And yeah, it's a public magnet, my friend is often confused, I have to make apologies for him.

Man, I will laugh if you don't get into Columbia because I took the one spot for LA students and you get capped out.

Man, I'm done with this, I'm coming over to your house.

Okay let's go. If we don't leave soon we won't get to watch the movie.

ecnerwalc3321, my apologies. ASMS is cool. How did I overlook it? Maybe because, as a statewide residential high school, it has all of the characteristics of privates - as it was designed to be. Great education. Somehow, I don't think any of you guys got into HYP this year. Please correct me. MIT loves you guys. Your college counselor, formerly of Yale, works very hard for you guys.

YAY! I finally heard from somewhere...it was starting to wear on my nerves. Elon just put up their EA acceptances and I got in!

It's not really where I want to go, but it's just good to have a feeling that I WILL be going to college somewhere in the fall, lol. All my classmates had at least heard back from state schools, if not ED schools, and I was one of the stragglers in limbo...

zuma- "you guys"- I don't go to ASMS. however, it would be cool if I did though!:)

I never really cared to go to ASMS. I have been there once, and I had a friend who was there. The impression I got was it was it is where smart kids go in and drug users come out. Probably a bad stereotype, but like I said, I never really wanted to go there anyways.
