Found out I got into San Diego State today..

Last week on the same day I heard good news from both U of Michigan and Arizona State!

Last week we heard from UCAS that my S was accepted to Aberdeen for
their History of Art program. Yesterday he was given an
unconditional offer for the same major in St. Andrews and Edinburgh.
The nice thing about these programs is after four years you have
your MA. The bad thing is the exchange rate and no financial
assistance for US students. US federal aid and grants still apply
but that would be a drop in the bucket.
With over two months to go in finding out the results on this side
of the Atlantic it's nice to have these options.
Now we have to wait on Harvard, Columbia, Brown, Princeton, Williams and Amherst, NYU anf Lafayette.

It's not "really" an MA in the American sense, it's just called that.. it's considered just the same as a BA.

PinkMoonlight, go to Baylor. You won't regret it. It's not only located in Texas, but it is located in one of the most vibrant communities in Texas. It combines the atmosphere of laid-back Texan life with the bustle of city living. Also, Baylor is a pretty campus with a river close by. You know about it's academics, so no need to elaborate there.
