Correct! Good luck!!

So how many Pakistanis do we think have applied to Williams or Middlebury? Many?

A LOT!

I think everyone in the 2100+ slot tried his/her chances in at least one of the Amherst, Williams, Middlebury and Swarthmore pool.

Esp. Midd. Everybody seems to love Midd coz it's need-blind :)

I know a guy from my school who got into MIT this last year. He had awesome sat scores and 6 As in A'levels. He was also very much into extra curriculars..organised a nationwide school MUN, for example.
I've applied to Middlebury too..stats SAT 1 2310(730 CR, 800 WR, 780 M), 10 As O'levels, 4 As AS level..strong evaluations. 2 internships and 2 MUNS(only participated)..nothing much else. Applied for aid everywhere..

^ Not bad at all. But Ivy acceptance takes more than pure academics, as you well learned ;)

My classfellow got into ED Yale. He had around 2200 SAT I and 2380 SAT II (maths 2, chem and physics)
He had 8A’s in O Level and 4As in A1. He made his own web page/blog about some global warming thing, attended Harvard summer school in 2008. He isn’t into sports at all. Few EC like Quiz etc. No Pak teams.
