^ letter, but all courses are still showing up on my conditions of admission. yeah hopefully our advisors get back to us soon. i’m gonna be a nuisance and call anyway on monday morning.

hey anyone, did your conditions of admission include sending HS transcripts??? flippin hell, it will be such a hassle to get them…(plus i don’t understand, i already completed my foreign language at CC)

guys, I am in the same boat. I am taking different classes from the original planned ones that I put on the UC application. But I had to switch some classes because thoses classes were full. But I will still finish the IGETC, and most classes I am taking this quarter aren’t required for transfer. And I actually faxed the signed letter to the Cal admissions office back in early April. But I guess they were too busy to even read it. So the conditions of admission still displays my old coursework.
I already sent an email to my assigned admissions officer. I will keep you guys updated if I hear back from her.

@deanzatransfer I go to school at de anza as well. Nice to see one more de anza student going to Cal. lol

And I say that we should stay optimistic about this, since it seems to a common issue for most newly admitted students from a quarter system cc. And I am happy to see that I am not the only one having the worries. So cheer up guys. This is an optimistic worry – at least we have got accepted.

@redo: I’m sure it’s not bad you submitted your SIR already. I wanna SIR so badly, but I’m still waiting for our little issue to be resolved ;).

Has anyone had a provision that they need to get a B in a class? I have that for a class that isn’t even required for my major and go figure it’s my hardest freaking class and the ONLY class I don’t have an A in. Am I for sure rescinded if I get a C?

So do we need to send our high school transcript(s) to Cal right now?
And I know for UCLA, you gotta send the college transcript(s) twice – one is right now for the completed courses through Winter Quarter and the other one by July 15th for the courses through Spring.

@killmyentourage: My Condition of Admission says I just need to get a C or higher in all classes and maintain a 3.0 GPA overall. Does yors say that too?

@seriousjoker: I don’t think we need to send in any transcripts before the final one which has to be in by July 15. Correct me if I’m wrong, people.

Mine says I need a C in Spanish and Bio (Bio 1B at Cal) and that I need to get a B in Calc 3, Phys (7C at Cal which isn’t required for my major) & Ochem 2.

I wasn’t sure if it was because I have a low GPA or if the College of Chem just requires you to have a B in major coursework. BUT 7C is only an optional Upper Div class.

cherryvaseline, it now seems more and more like they might have put everyone’s spring courses on the conditions sheet, whether or not they are relevant. This gives me a glimmer of hope

Yes, this is really bothering me as well!!!..this is going to be so friggin impossible to get. I finished high school more than 10 years ago! Besides, for engineering students they want transcripts from grades 9-12??? WTH?? I don’t know how I’m gonna come up with that. I did see somewhere on the admissions page that they would give us some other options if it was really difficult to get the transcripts…however, first I want to get this course thing resolved. Then I’ll try to get this HS thing fixed

Oh, and my conditions of admission just says I need a 3.0 gpa overall for the semester and no less than a “C” in any course. No specific grade requirements.

For most highschools, you can usually request your transcript online. I graduated hs in 2004 and I had to get mine for USC. I’m ASSUMING it got there at some point lol

I really, reallllyyyy don’t think (and hope) we’ll be in much trouble. But, then again, I can’t stop thinking about it!!! It’s keeping me from getting more than 4 hours of sleep at night. I’m online almost 24/7, just waiting for an update. And I thought the wait would come to an end when the Berkeley decisions came out…

@everyone: Nothing (AP scores? High school transcripts?) has to to be sent in BEFORE July 15th, right? Except SIR and the housing app, of course.
