Just go towards the end of campus that you're school is located in. Campus isn't really that big. You're in CAS right? So just go anywhere but west (Warren, Hojo (575), Myles, Towers, Shelton). Danielson is a little far east unless you're in SMG in my opinion, but I've never lived there and some people <3 Danielson to the death, so...yeah.

I'm in CAS, yes. Thanks for the list llostandfound5. ^_^ I want to go somewhere relatively close, but not noisy. I have trouble sleeping when it's noisy and can't study.

What if you are a freshmen, want to meet people, are serious about getting work done, but want to have a good time too, where do you live?

Yes and close to CAS.

I haven't filled out my housing form, but I need to today. >_<

I visited BU today and toured Towers. Most sophomores live there and it's known to be one of the quietest, if not, the most quiet dorm in BU.

Thanks kev! And it looks like I'm going to Boston U after all. I'll see you there.

Which freshman dorm is close to School of Management?

Everything except west campus.

Thanks so much!

Are Towers and Hojo close to CAS then? I liked those two.

Yes, they are. You should look at the interactive BU map if you're concerned.

do u guys recommend co-ed floors or single sex floors?
what r the pros and cons?

I know the enrollment deposit is $650, but is there a housing deposit?

I requested co-ed floor. I think that an all-male floor would be odd. I need some interaction with the opposite sex too to keep the social life balanced.

I think a pro is that you're with your own sex and for some people it's more comfortable to be around all guys or all girls. A con I guess is that you interact less with the opposite sex.

Right on .

Nickel Xenon- the $650 enrollment deposit includes the housing deposit.

Also something about the co-ed floors- in West and Warren they're divided by wing and bathroom, so you don't have to worry about girls living right across from your bathroom or vice versa. They're separated enough.

Pro (con?) of single-sex floors/houses is they're usually quieter.

Thanks. Mhmm, I made the deposit, filled out the housing survey, accepted my financial aid award... I hope I'm not missing anything. xD I did it all online, so I don't turn in the paper copies, right?

Online is cool.
