Here’s Bowdoin: http://bowdoinorient.com/article/11076. 14.3% acceptance rate which appears to be the overall rate.

@Corinthian, from Bowdoin Orient:

Hmm, I’m not sure whether I can figure out an RD rate for Bowdoin from the newspaper article because I think Bowdoin has an ED2 round that’s not been disclosed, so that will get mixed in with the RD acceptances. Unless you have a total number of acceptances or data about ED2, I’m not sure how to derive the RD number. Any ideas?

Okay, I found the right Bowdoin stats by combining some info provided in the earlier article about ED1.

Kudos to Brown and Duke for being the only two schools to announce so far how many students were deferred ED and then were later accepted. (If anyone knows of others please post.) Interestingly, the data show that being deferred by Duke pretty much kills your possibility of being accepted (less than 3% of the deferred later get in), whereas Brown seems to live by their promise that the deferred have about an equal chance of being accepted during the regular decision round as anyone else in the RD pool. (7.7% RD vs. 7% deferred accepted).
