@xurvss I am also speculating that the decision will be out on the 10th of December because for the last 5 or more years, Columbia has released its decision on the second Thursday of December.
I’m sorry about my comment before, I meant the 10th of December when I said November.

@PilotKhyle @AngelaW98 The Collegeboard website says it has been sent. I sent all my previous ones beforehand, but not the November SAT Test score. I submitted the November score after I got the score. On the Columbia Application Status page, it says “Early Decision applicants can check their status online between November 9, 2015, and November 30, 2015.” I cannot see the checklist on the status page anymore. What should I do? Should I email the admission office? or call them to confirm?
Our school guidance counselor received a mailing from Columbia saying decisions would be reported Dec 10.
@qkrgkfla I’m in similar position. I took the Nov test and sent it off as soon as I received the score. CB page says pending, and Columbia status page does not show received as well. But I already had two SAT subject test submitted. So whether the new one is received does not matter.
From what I can understand, you haven’t submitted two subject test? If that’s so, I would contact them immediately. Maybe through a call? I’m not sure how efficient Columbia is at replying email. Last time I sent one, and they never replied. So just give a call I guess?
@qkrgkfla If the Collegeboard website says it has been sent, then it’s on their way. The Columbia Application Status page said it would take 3-4 days to process. If you are concerned, why don’t you give them a call. If for nothing else, it will at least bring down your anxiety.

@magicalcanadian @michigangirl2016 ahh me too! I can’t wait… Right now I think it’s either going to be mechanical engineering or financial engineering. Sometimes I’m also considering biomedical. I’m not very sure about it yet as you can probably tell hahaha.
I wonder if there are a lot of international people in SEAS since it’s not as well known as Columbia College…
BTW I’m surprised to see so many females applying to SEAS! Nice to know that it’s not just a man’s world there.

Is anyone having trouble tracking their financial documents? When you log in to the financial aid tracking portal, are you also not allowed to view anything else, not even the other tabs that say “documents” and “messages” ?
So will they email us with the decision 5 PM EST? How do you check online/what’s the process? And if you get in do they send some sort of letter? Hope you guys all get in!
@mnielsen2016 They should e-mail us at around 5 PM, telling us to check our portals. You have to log onto your Columbia portal, and then the admissions decision should show up on your screen. If you get in, you will be mailed a hard copy of your acceptance letter.
@lovemjrnas @AngelaW98 Collegeboard says it has been sent. Checklist is invisible now…maybe because Columbia said we can check status between Nov.4~30 for ED Students. I did sumbit all other SAT ones beforehand and Physics was the only one that I was missing. So score should be sent, but dunno if Columbia actually received and have no problems with my application process…
@michigangirl2016 @valerieholland @fizzing I plan to major in applied mathematics. I also considered financial engineering as my second choice but Columbia’s financial engineering department is ridiculously competitive XD…

@lovemjrnas It’s in the email, yes! I just have mine memorized because I keep logging into everything for absolutely no reason at all. :)) It helps with the stress, for me.
@PilotKhyle Same! I also read through the entire thread from last year. So crazy we’re so close now. I also watched this video http://bwog.com/2014/12/11/columbia-mails-class-of-2019-ed-letters/ and cried… No shame.
