Northeast.. i got 5 PM

ED Deferred.

No email.
Zilch.
FML too.

I'm wondering if the timing is alphabetical-my "child" has an early check time (5) and name is early in alphabet.

California.......5 pm

last name starts with D.

6:30, last name starts with B.

I'm a 5... and my last name starts with a B. I'm from NH.

6:30 last name A

ME TOOO!!!!!!! EXACT SAME THING!!!!!!!!!!!

ED deferred and no email.

ED Defered, Cali 5pm

I'm unclear as to whether its 5 eastern or pacific time, as it did say 5pm in your local timezone but that doesnt really make sense, As I don't think the admissions office will be working to post decisions at 8pm there time, and it says eastern time everywhere else.

i think eastern. ED decisions were posted at 2 p.m. local time for me (also california)

Cali, 5 pm, last name H.

I find it weird though that they put different times on diff emails.

Mountain time, 5PM, last name W.

East Coast

5:30

Last name starts with M

(maybe by application date?)

Applied late Dec.

ED deferred and definitely still no email.

i agree...putting different times for different emails is kinda shady..and just causes confusion. i mean even if they were trying to avoid traffic, putting 5pm for everyone will divide ppl geographically since time zones automatically separate the hours. sounds like a pretty weird method to me. hmm.

I don't think it has got anything to do with surname. Time zone makes more sense.

5 PST; email sent at 4:07 am

yea, i'm basically really scared now.

i think i'll get a flat out rejection, because I still have received NO email.

besides the one about my dual program decision.

mine says 5 and I live in Hawaii, so I don't think it is geographical

deferred plme ed. no email.
