I hope I'm not repeating a thread... but I'm wondering how often you guys exercise and what you guys do to work out.

I usually run on the treadmill and lift weights... I do it to "get in shape."

I usually run on the treadmill and lift weights... I do it to "get in shape."

I play varsity sports in school. Practice around 2 hours a day monday to friday.

But I... um... you know, summer... mumble mumble.

I walk...a lot.

I try to have sex at least 3-4 times a week. I find it keeps the carbs off and allows me to keep my six-pack looking good.

^ Yeah, I know, those blow-up dolls work miracles on those abs! jk :D

Hahaha, actually I bet having lots of sex would keep the weight off...

I also play two varsity sports (different semester) and practice runs for 3-4 hours a day. During the summer, I'm just playing some basketball here and there. Not really doing as much exercising as I should be, lol.

And sex is a good workout. The TV said so.

a few miles of running a few times of week, core while watching TV at night. that is all.

Damn, I wish I could have sex 3-4 times a week, but gas prices today are horrible, especially considering that it's a 30 minute drive just to get to my girlfriend's house.

Anyway, I jog, cycle on trails, and lift light weights to keep lean. My city's best kept secrets are its state parks. If I feel like wasting 8 hours, I would cycle to the state park, ride the cycling trail 3 times, and cycle back home.

I hit the weight room 2-3x a week and try to run at least 2x a week.

just a note you should lift before you do cardio lol

i play sports all year round.. so exercise really isn't an issue. although, next year i'm not playing basketball and that will be my first year since 1st grade not playing a sport during the winter. although, i will be doing indoor soccer but that's only a couple of days a week and not nearly as much exercise as basketball is.. so i'm a little nervous about that.and i'm actually gonna have to exercise on my own.

I prefer to do light lifting (10-25 lb dumbbells) so it makes no difference to me. I can't bench much and my muscles aren't bulging, but I can do my fair share of pushups. I find muscular endurance better than muscular strength.

I also try to practice at the shooting range when I can, but ammunition prices skyrocketed more than gas prices in the last 4 years. A great exercise is to maintain the standing shooting position with a firearm for extend periods of time while on target with both eyes open.

lol no worries, I do 'em on different days.

I'm getting too fat over the summer, and I don't even fell like picking up my 10 lb dumbbells. Even when I do, I just curl like crazy until my biceps are dead.

I definitely don't feel like running at all. Cycling all day has been fun, though.

You guys are lucky. This is Texas. I burn up and die if I even step outside.

And no gym membership for me either.

Same here in Florida, only we're more likely to steam up as if we're in a steam room here.

I always exercise during nighttime or in the privacy of my house.

Just think of it as burning more calories. ;)

^More like losing water weight and dehydration/electrolyte imbalance due to overdrinking of water.

I never liked salt tablets.

Lift weights, walk, etc.
