<p>Yep, you are still considered a “first-year.” If you check R’Web, you can see that anytime you have more 45 or more units, you’re considered a sophomore for financial aid and other purposes. If you have 90 or more units at anytime, you’re considered a junior regardless of how many years you spent at UCR. For example, I knew someone who had enough credits to graduate in his third year and he did so.</p>
<p>Why was I so dumb in high school and not take IB exams even though I took the IB classes? Damn!! Oh well, I guess college is a fresh start, right?</p>

<p>Friend said you only have 4 er… “at home” essays to write in Eng1a. Most essays are 3-4 pages long. That’s fine with me… Doesn’t seem too bad? She didn’t really talk about what goes down in class though.</p>
