^^ isn’t advanced or AP econ both micro and macro?

I didn’t know that. My HS offers Macro and Micro, period.

I’m taking…

Honors English

Digital Input Technology
Image Technology

I hope to graduate with an Advanced Technical Diploma. I also want to write for the school newspaper and join the debate club.

Eagle scout from VA? I know someone who’s like that.

@PoliticalProtege,
The class covers both. The first term they cover Macro. The second term they cover Micro. It’s actually supposed to be a really good class. I’ll take it if I’m at my HS when I’m a senior. However, my school’s Government class is supposed to be a joke.

@PoliticalProtege
Actually my family are huge Philadelphia Eagles football fans and 10 is the number of my brother’s favorite player and I live in VA so you get vaeagle10 ; - )

We do it differently in the only state with royalty in hte union. In fact, his majesty has his own taxpayer paid chopper.

Funny, my friend who is an eagle scout from virginia is also an eagles fan! Coincidences huh?

@Political, whose the royal?

^What? I have no idea what you’re saying lol.

I got my summer reading assignment for H. English - Great expectations. Along with reading, I need to do a study guide with about 60 questions and short essays. What are your summer reading assignments?
I thought we were going to get some summer reading stuff for AP government, but we didn’t.
@political, suggest something to read along this line, please.

I just have to read 2 books and one of them is of mice and men

For AP gov, I’d definitely suggest reading 1960: Making of a President, by Theodore White. Great stuff about elections. Or, if you like corruption, All the President’s Men, by Carl Bernstein and Bob Woodward.

^^ I cried SO hard after I read Of Mice and Men!!!

^That’s a great book.

^^ Why did you cry? Is it a sad book?

Depending on the way you look at it, yes it is.

Is it a day no pigs would die sad or the giver sad?

I haven’t read the first book (a day no pigs would die). I really liked the giver. It has melancholy and intriguing ending.

The Giver seemed politically inaccurate. Great book, very unrealistic.
