January 2010 SAT Score Prediction

how do you know about the curve? or moreover, what is it?

Are you talking about past released test curves or is the Jan test curve somewhere out there already

@ Jersey13: I mean test curves from previous testing dates. I took the curve for the “Medium” CR sections, and a 780 for that curve is pretty good I’d say. :D

whats the score possibilities for -2(but perhaps still -1)

anyways -2, 10, 11, 12

all i need is a 790, is that possible with -2 10?

Would a -3 in Math (only multiple choice) yield around a 710 this one?

my score predictions:
W- 780-800
CR- 780-800
M- low 600s. I really ****ed this up =/

780-800m, 780-800 cr, ~200-800w

Same here.

LOL @ you guys. I’m willing to bet large sums of money that both of you scored over 750 on the Writing section, though :D

no one is answering me, so i’ll try again. Will a -9 in math still keep me in the 600’s?

-9 raw or nine wrong with no omits?

Anyone know a -6 with 10 essay?

-6 raw or six wrong with no omits?

Okay, I’m going to have to pull a silverturtle and say 500-800 on Writing. : </p>

silverturtle, our score predictions are actually almost identical. Except I’m more confident about Critical Reading (99% 800).

Didn’t we put all the same answers? :)

Right. I just think you’re lacking confidence when you say 90%.

^ Well, I’m trying to account for both the possibility that we have a partially flawed answer compilation and the potential for my having incorrectly bubbled. If I drop the latter, I would elevate the confidence to 94%.

Ahahaha, okay, I’ll drop mine 5% to match yours then. :)

Math : 780-800
CR: 800
W - (-2 with an 11ish essay…whats that, like a 760?)

Total: around 2360? that would be awesome

Hmm. Pessimism shall reign supreme.

Math: 780-800
CR: 690-710
Writing-670-700

Eh, 2140-2210 is alright for me.
