So I just submitted my application and it’s so scary. I already want to know if I got in lol

@emywemy610 Well, someone has to get in, right? Believe in yourself. I’ll probably be editing some small thing down until the app is actually due. And don’t worry; the valedictorian of my class is applying too (I’m salutatorian).

I wish I was salutatorian! That’d be nice, but I’m ranked 84…

@amaranthineD I plan on applying for the summer program, and was wondering if I should list the years I was involved in my ecs. “Please only list your activities. A description is not needed. We will not read descriptions included.” like would i write, “varsity soccer team” or “varsity soccer team 2011-2014?” thanks!

@bolkevlp if they don’t ask for a description, it won’t matter if you include the dates or not. You’re better off following their instructions.

thanks for the advice, AmaranthineD! :)

Well then, I have completely finished my online application. Best of luck to all of us! Hopefully ours dreams are fulfilled and we get accepted! ^.^

Good luck to all of you!

Can’t wait for decisions to come. I really hope I get to meet some of you guys. I would LOVE to spend my summer at MIT.

I just submitted my app! I hope we all get in and can meet up. If we don’t get in, though, it’s alright, because we’ll still do awesome things with our time. Good luck to all of us! :)

I think I might cry if I get in…

I cried when I got into e2!

JUST finished my essays >_>

I’m from New Jersey, and if I got into MITES or MOSTEC I’d be ridiculously lucky lol.
Good luck to everyone!

Me too, @ABnegative, me too. I probably wouldn’t be able to sleep that night.

Congratulations everyone! No matter what happens, you will all do something great this summer.

And just for the record, don’t think you won’t get in because of where you live! I live in Kansas!

JUST SUBMITTED ahhhh going to be so nervous for decisions in the coming months…

Nervous, excited, and relieved. Finished final edits to my essays with 1 minute to spare (I live in California). GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!

Good luck everyone! Anyone still able to edit their application? I already submitted, but I logged on this morning and I could still edit it. Will these changes still be made?

I know I’ll cry if i get in lol, that’d be the greatest thing ever! I would absolutely love to spend my summer at MITES, and it’d be fun to meet up with everyone who got in. You all better post if you got in or not once decisions come out!
