<p>Moving into a new double on November 7th with a friend who’s currently in a single. </p>
<p>Roommate has a meeting with Residential Programs and Services on Wednesday. I have one on Thursday, but I don’t think I’ll get in trouble.</p>

<p>^Also, what if he did push charges? What would you say to that? I’m 6’4" and a monster (a very attractive monster, ladies), and I wouldn’t put up with someone coming in my room and attacking me for sleeping in my room. I would at least call campus police and file a complaint.</p>

<p>Sorry to hear man. In that situation, I would have tried to kick his ass. If that failed, I would look for some kind of object to help me kick his ass. I’m pretty aggressive and prideful.
But that’s me, and I’m a very bad example.
No one should have to put up with the **** you went through. Getting kicked out of your own room? ***? You did the right thing by reporting it.
Now, go learn some fighting techniques. Kicking a bully’s ass will teach him a lesson much faster than a room switch.</p>

<p>I have seen other roommate problems on this thread and a couple times I advised that things needed to be worked out but this post made me want to scream, “get out of that room now!” I have never heard of such a blatant case of assault on this forum and I hope you go to the director of housing or whoever you need to go to so that you can get an immediate change of roommates. They will probably advice you to file charges, and you should. Your roommate is a danger and exhibits dangerous mob mentality. Take a picture of your face everyday to show the various stages of color that eye will become. Call your parents and tell them exactly what has occured and immediatly report this to the RA. If anyone should ask you on your floor what has happened to your eye…tell them that you were thrown off of your bed. That son of a b#$%h should have his butt thrown out of college. I am so sorry that you were stuck with this piece of human garbage but please don’t allow another day to go by without reporting him.</p>
