Any decisions yet? There should be a wave today
if they never asked me for my midterm report is that a bad sign?
Not even going to get my hopes up cause I know Tisch Drama decisions are probably going to be the last ones to come out 
Based on last year’s thread, Stern released their decision around last week of may.
anyone have an idea of when they’ll start releasing tisch film decisions?
@hellodollyy I honestly believe today will be the day, at least for the first wave. Last year someone got in as early as april 24th, but May 2nd was the day that many people are getting their decisions, including some tisch kids. I am refreshing Albert every 30 minutes now. It seems like no one on the fourm has received any decisions today (yet), so whenever NYU decides to release the next wave, Tisch film should be in there.
so I just got an email from the admission office saying that they will release my decision from mid-may to June. I applied for Gallatin

@hellodolly It should be in the application status, and there should be a purple button saying admission decisions are something like that, you won’t miss it if it’s out. Usually they sent out decisions around noon (which is now). Check if your transfer credit has been updated. The only indicator that’s for sure guarantee acceptence is the transfer credit update. I’ve read that an hour after the transfer credit update, the decision (offer) will be posted.
@hellodolly but again everything I say here are my own opinions based on previous posts and threads. Just keep refeshing today, if it doesn’t come out today, I am just gonna let it happen and wait it out lol
Hi all. So I applied on April 1st and on April 4th an admissions officer emailed me to inform me they were missing my high school transcript, midterm report, and college report. She told me to send them in asap because they were reviewing my application. I told her it would take a week to get my high school transcript sent in because I no longer lived in the state where I graduated and they hadn’t moved to an online way of sending a transcript and it had to be sent by mail. She then asked me to send my unofficial transcript as a placeholder. I got everything in.
Since then I haven’t heard anything back and also no changes to my Albert, it still says need high school transcript. I would like to think that something in my application sparked their interest. If I were an admissions officer I would just assume the student didn’t have their stuff together and should have paid more attention to the paperwork needed, she was really patient with me. idk maybe its just wishful thinking…

@nyanyny I also applied for admission on april 1 and had an admissions officer reach out asking for my HS transcript, but not till a week ago. Hope it’s a good sign!

@ transferplease99 You should email and ask about your high school transcript. About three weeks ago, I saw that they hadn’t gotten mine. So, I emailed admissions, and they said they received them, but not my college report. It took me three tries for them to receive my college report. The last one was emailed directly to the admissions counselor last week. But I do wonder what would have happened, if I hadn’t contacted them. So, I’m not taking it as a good sign.
is anyone waiting for a decision from Tisch game design?? I got my portfolio checked off a week ago and sent a college report nyu asked too a while back.

@akulano I think that Tisch hasn’t released any decisions for external transfers yet, at least not on this thread (to my knowledge). I applied for Tisch film in February and I haven’t received a decision yet and my portfolio hasn’t been checked off but I don’t think that matters
tisch is taking their sweet time and it hurts
