I really hope they send out their decisions this month because as an International student, I need the I20 and i also have to apply for a visa. That takes a lot of time as it is.
@hello2020 same! Cause I have rsvped to another college and for the time being i am intending on attending that college but NYU is still my top choice and if I get in there then that’s where I’ll go so when people ask me where I’m going I’m like “uh it’s complicated” which always confuses people but it makes me nervous talking about being waitlisted by NYU because i’d rather ignore the situation and pretend it doesn’t exist lol so now i just say that im going to the college that i got into and rsvped to.
@webwaffle78 how do you know it was Tisch acting and not other departments within Tisch?
Has anyone gotten their confirmation email yet? I’m worried because I’ve heard zilch back from the university.
An admissions officer just called me to confirm my interest in the waitlist and said they should begin releasing decisions in about a week… Has anyone else gotten that? Any ideas about whether or not it might mean anything?

I turned it in the day it became available literally right after admissions decisions came out and I found out I was wait listed. And I listed Steinhardt as my first and arts and sciences as my second. @Sassygogo
