**OFFICIAL** AP Human Geography 2013 Thread

I am ready! Not going to get cocky and all and still going to review tonight.

So far I’ve averaged a 73% on the MC…76% being the highest and 71% being the lowest. So with that I’ll need to get only around 10/23 points on the CRQs for a 5 according to APPass. CRQ wise, I’ve kind of done pretty varied on. For the practice Barron’s test I did actually pretty bad and got about that 10/23…however this year with the CRQs on tests I’ve gotten highest a 21/23. So we’ll see…hopefully they are easy CRQs tomorrow.

Going to look over Culture, Agriculture, the models/theories, and important names I may just flip through.

Last AP test as well for the year!!!

Whoo, last AP tests. I better get a 5 on this.

I am really disappointed. I think I got a 3 in Physics and 4 in WHAP. I am so sad.

Does anyone know if Crash Course is any good as a quick review?

Do you think we need to know the models in depth or just the general gist of it?

I’m looking at all these review sites…and my teacher barely taught any of that stuff. I’m probably doomed.

Answers for questions 51-75?

This is what I used

My teacher has taught me absolutely nothing this year, and I have spent all of my time studying for APWH. I don’t even know how to write FRQ’s. If all I have is tonight, what should I focus on?

thanks so much

i’m thinking about self-studying this course. can anyone give me textbook suggestions that you guys used?

What did y’all think of the difficulty of the exam?

Pretty easy. The FRQ’s were great except for the last one. I probably failed that

The FRQs were really easy, but my teacher never taught almost 95% of the MC questions. I’m serious.

Really, really easy. FRQs were perfect. MC was just about as hard as all the practice exams I took and got 5’s on, so I’m feeling pretty confident about this exam!

Wait, if they were really easy for everyone, isn’t the curve going to be terrible? I really hope not

To anyone who is thinking of taking this exam I suggest the Kaplan’s book. I used it to study and if you actually go through it and memorize some of the stuff it the exam will be pretty easy.

I think I got a 5. I probably got about 14 MC wrong and maybe -2 on FRQs.

I think I missed a lot of on the MC… :frowning: AGH!
The second FRQ was the easiest. The others were okay…the last one was a little hard but I think I may have figured it out…

One of the easiest exams I’ve ever taken…the first and second FRQs were a blessing, especially the first because I harbor an unhealthy obsession with Silicon Valley and the surrounding area, so I was able to write a 2 page response, lol

The first FRQ I thought was really hard, Investment Capital really stumped me…maybe because I was thinking to hard into it…other two I did fairly fine with somewhat iffy about the Government one but Labor I know I did fine.

Second FRQ I did great one, think I got all the points.

Third FRQ I think I did fine on as well, the railroad one I was a little iffy with but I think I still managed to write something that would get me some points.
