@Swillow1022 they both have great CS programs. I’m not a huge stickler about the Core vs Open curriculum. I liked both when I visited! Anyways, I see what you mean. Thanks for the advice. I might just take myself off of Columbia’s waitlist. Just wanna finalize my plans at this point lol.
It is very weird though. No new members have been added to the Columbia group on Facebook. For the first wave, 55 members were added.

The Class of 2020 page has 1851 members, but of course we can’t be certain that all those immediately joined the group at this point last year or whether they only did so when prompted in September…

still have to hear from JHU, but after 7 rejections, 6 waitlists, and one acceptance, it looks like I’m heading to Rutgers HC!

I am dying here. I am an international student and haven’t heard a thing from Columbia. The anxiety is incredible; don’t know if “no news” is “good news”…are there still people on the waitlist?
Domestic here… no email from Columbia and no portal update either. Idk what to expect…
